Bank of America just approved this Miramar Beach Florida town home for short sale.  The unit, in Miramar Palms, features a metal roof, solid surface counters, garage and a community pool.  Just down the street is the Gulf of Mexico and Pompano Joe’s dining on the beach.  Baytowne Wharf, Grande Boulevard, Destin Commons and Silver Sands shopping is fifteen minutes away.

Bank of America approved this short sale in 45 days.  Delays were caused by Bank of America putting this Miramar Beach Florida short sale into the HAFA program, then removing it. The happy news was that approval was issued waiving the right to a deficiency judgment.
