Wendy Rulnick is Broker/Owner of Rulnick Realty. She specializes in marketing and selling listings, and careful negotiations to benefit her client. She has earned an ADDY award for advertising design. Her well-known slogan is “It’s Wendy… It’s Sold!”
Wendy sells a variety of real estate, including new construction, condos, homes, and lots, from 30-A to Miramar Beach, Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, Niceville, Bluewater Bay, Freeport, Fort Walton Beach and the entire Emerald Coast of Florida.
Wendy Rulnick is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. She co-created of the Short Sale Superstars network and has given seminars and trained short sale agents throughout the U.S.
Wendy is originally from Connecticut and has lived on the Emerald Coast of Florida since 1988. Wendy is married, and has two Ocicats cats.
